Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://notolerancelandscapingllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. No Tolerance Landscaping LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, No Tolerance Landscaping LLC markets and arranges Landscape Installation, Lawn Mowing, Sod Installation, Patio Installation, Irrigation Installation, Snow Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by No Tolerance Landscaping LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. No Tolerance Landscaping LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. No Tolerance Landscaping LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. No Tolerance Landscaping LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
